* Manage & monitor the full-cycle of recruitment including sourcing candidates from the databases, online job portals, partnering recruitment agencies, social media.* Screening resumes, perform in-person or phone interviews, coordinating interviews with the hiring company, follow up with the interview process status, and conduct references and background checks.* Identify current and future opportunities, proposed suggestions, and opinions to the management in order to improve work efficiency and quality.* Manage and understand candidates from different countries and their cultures.* Oversee the operation team and provide support to colleagues in any HR/Recruitment related matters, including Selected employees contract, onboarding arrangement, work pass application follow up and other administrative tasks.* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team* Compliance with employment & labour law, EA Rules, Fair employment practices.
