After a 10 year pause, I have returned to live and work in the South Carolina Low Country. As a licensed Realtor I specialize in providing professional assistance to my clients in both selling and buying homes. I bring a wealth of experience to sellers and buyers whose needs may include vacation homes/second homes, corporate or local relocations, investment properties, first-time home purchases, or the perfect retirement or forever home. I have personally been all of the above clients! As a former Xerox executive and independent consultant, I have relocated twelve times. Metropolitan areas where I have lived and worked include Indianapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Kansas City, Washington DC/Maryland/Northern VA, Rochester, NY, and Hilton Head/Bluffton, SC. I am all-too familiar with the excitement and angst of moving to a new city with homes and families in two locations. As a real estate investor and second home owner, I know first-hand the challenges these particular buyers and sellers face. Since first visiting Hilton Head Island in 1984, I found the South Carolina Low Country to be a Slice of Heaven!
