I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing at Rowan University, where I am gaining a solid foundation in marketing principles, consumer behavior, and business operations. Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong understanding of how to design and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.As part of a Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiative, I collaborated with a nonprofit organization, Tiny Paws, to enhance its online presence and fundraising efforts. In this role, I successfully optimized the organization’s web SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic, identified and coordinated events to raise funds, and reached out to influencers to amplify the nonprofit’s message. This hands-on experience gave me valuable insights into digital marketing, social media outreach, and nonprofit marketing strategies.In addition to my academic focus, I am refining skills in time management, leadership, and problem-solving, which allow me to excel both individually and in team environments. I am passionate about applying these skills in real-world marketing projects and continuing to learn and grow within the field.

I developed a strong ability to manage and execute a wide range of tasks, from handling inventory to troubleshooting internal and external issues.One notable project I led was the Black Friday Special Project, where I was responsible for ensuring products were loaded into the correct trailers and delivered to stores on time. To achieve this, I leveraged Excel spreadsheets to monitor inventory data and utilized Target’s internal systems to track and adjust the movement of products, ensuring efficient and accurate operations. I also coordinated closely with team members, including forklift operators, to ensure seamless product retrieval and trailer loading.In addition to project management, I was involved in various special assignments, such as analyzing data, resolving operational challenges, and supporting day-to-day functions. I was promoted to Yard Coordinator during my final four months, where I gained valuable experience in trailer scheduling, time management, and external communications, further enhancing my organizational and leadership skills.
