I have over 15 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, and I am currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at LinkedIn, the largest and fastest growing professional social network on the web. I am passionate about connecting people with opportunities and building diverse and inclusive teams that drive innovation and impact. In my role, I lead hiring for Corporate Functions and Global Emerging Talent, and I previously led hiring for various infrastructure engineering groups, Senior IC Leadership Hiring, and the Engineering Talent Attraction team, which is responsible for creating and executing innovative strategies to attract and engage top engineering talent. I partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, align on hiring goals, and deliver on hiring plans. I worked with the after school programs at the middle school and elementary schools to assist struggling learners prepare for standardized tests and provided private tutoring.
