Lead researcher for the In-Store Associate Experience - worked cross-functionally across business, development, technology, and store teams to identify research needs and redesign the associate device experience over the past 2 years.Currently spearheading the complete in-store associate device experience redesign.

As a User Experience Researcher, I was responsible for conducting usability tests from end-to-end. I used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to design, conduct, analyze and report on UX research. I worked with enterprise clients to evaluate the usability of their websites, apps, and prototypes by conducting usability tests on desktop and mobile devices. I conducted research on a variety of industries including: B2B, SaaS, technology, eCommerce, healthcare, mobile apps, telecommunications, finance, IoT, and travel.
