I was the Head Boy's and Girl's Varsity Swim Team. We had a total of 19 swimmers. I had to write out daily practices as well as organize lineups for meets. My constant goal was to make my swimmers better physically and mentally. I had to keep my line of communication open for swimmers, parents, and the administration at all times to make sure everything ran smoothly. This all taught me better time management, communication, organization, and discipline. -2022 Conference Champions-2021-2022 seven new school records

I sat in on company calls as well as a video chat presented on zoom and took notes while my employer and her team discussed the plan for their project - POWER Evaluation Partnership Project. During this project, we are worked with The Appalachian Regional Commission to trace exactly where their grant money was going. We look at each grantee and find all of their partners then connect to how they contribute to the overall idea. I worked for two large organizations during my internship: Ivy Tech and The Appalachian Regional Commission. Although I did not work with them directly it was interesting to see the behind the scenes.

I handle the cash register as well as work with costumers to see which lotions and beds best work for them. I also make sure the store and beds are clean and up to code.

I was one of three swim team coaches at Ellenberger. We would create daily practices for our swimmers. I had the group of kids between the ages of 8-12, where we worked on technique and stroke. I also created lineups for meets as well as organized snacks with parents.

I taught children through adults proper swim tactics based on their skill levels. The students and I would set goals for them and each lesson would try and reach those goals.

After my school let out for the summer I found myself working at Sunny Heights Elementary. I worked with children who needed extra help and focused better in small groups. I also performed tasks for teachers such as watching over their classrooms as needed and grade assignments.-Gained patience and understand-Learned to improvise and multitask
