Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Support establishment of design guidelines and publications for healthcare facilities with research, benchmarking studies and reviews for industry adoption to promote standardisation practices.2. Implement and conduct design reviews and construction review management processes of local healthcare facilities for various gateways / checkpoints during design and construction stages to uphold design quality control and to promote robustness of deliverables.3. Facilitate user group engagements with various representatives from healthcare clusters, consultants and stakeholders during design stages to provide expertise in healthcare facility planning, lessons learnt and benchmarking standardisations of space planning at campus, departmental and individual rooms / space levels.4. Drive research and development of technology-enabled design tools for masterplanning and design of healthcare facilities to increase staff productivity and elevate capabilities of team.5. Execute feasibility studies and assessments of potential sites based on established benchmarking standards and prevailing design guidelines for new greenfield healthcare facilities including acute general hospitals, community hospitals etc. as well as brownfield projects.

Ensure design quality and authority compliances of proposals and submissions throughout project stages. 3. Oversee tender processes / contractual documents from documentation to award of contractors.4. Lead project management and coordinations amongst Clients, Consultants and Contractors during project stages.
