I am passionate about the positive impact high performing boards can have on the world.I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Nurole with responsibility for the Customer function, leading a team of experienced search consultants who collectively place c 800 people a year on boards, ranging from FTSE 100 to small charities. I also lead Nurole’s board effectiveness evaluation offering, and provide board career advice to new NEDs. I am HOGAN certified, and am training to be an accredited coach in personal performance. I am also a Trustee on the board of The Mare and Foal Sanctuary, a fantastic charity dedicated to improving the welfare of horses and ponies, as well as advocating for their crucial role in society.Previously I was at Russell Reynolds Associates and JCA Group (now Heidrick & Struggles). I have a BA and MSc from the University of Oxford, and an MBA.

A registered charity with income of approximately £8m a year, we currently have 620 horses under our care. We ensure that horses and ponies have a sanctuary for life - either through our network of carers or in one of our four peaceful sanctuaries. I'm a member of the Board of Trustees, and also sit on the Finance, Investment and Audit Committee as well as the Equine Committee. -
