I lead the Client Success function and sit on the Senior Leadership Team at Nurole. The Client Success team consists of twelve consultants and associates, responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for our clients whilst providing our members with a brilliant experience. We've placed 2500 individuals on boards to date, including 800 individuals in 2022 alone.I also lead NuReview, Nurole’s board evaluation offering, and conduct board reviews for listed and private companies.

The Mare and Foal Sanctuary rescues horses and ponies that have been abandoned, neglected or abused. A registered charity with income of approximately £8m a year, we currently have 620 horses under our care. We ensure that horses and ponies have a sanctuary for life - either through our network of carers or in one of our four peaceful sanctuaries. I'm a member of the Board of Trustees, and also sit on the Finance, Investment and Audit Committee as well as the Equine Committee.
