• Establish global supply chain& procurement strategies to align with corporate business goals.• Dynamically identifies risk affecting supply, transformation, delivery and customer demand; conducts risk assessments and develops mitigation plans to minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions. • Continuously assess supply base and identify opportunities and set up projects/ action plans to optimize supply base to deliver and achieve corporate strategic objectives and key performance indicators, including but not limited to quality, cost, flexibility, and sustainability. • Perform Total Cost of Ownership Analysis on acquisitions to determine the best overall competitive offering, and conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain desired results. • Manage and execute supply contract and agreement to ensure that suppliers’ total performance is in accordance with the contractual commitments. • Responsible for the development and execution of procurement processes / procedures cross all plants to ensure integration and compliance. • Responsible for continuous supply chain costs reduction through process improvement, budgetary control, value chain improvement and negotiation, etc .• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, marketing and Customer Service teams• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

• Develop a supply base to deliver and achieve corporate strategic objectives and performance indicators• Establish and implement commodity strategies to be incorporated in overall corporate procurement and sourcing strategy • Manage commercial relationships with suppliers(supply agreements, business terms and conditions, etc.) • Identify cost saving opportunities and manage the activities to achieve the established cost reduction goal • Develop and solicit RFP, analyze submissions and form recommendations, negotiate agreements • Contribute to yearly budget realization at both corporate and local levels• Implement quality and cost improvement programs • Risk mitigation on supply chain, ‘’what-if’’ analysis, impact, recommendations • Interface with cross-functional teams on new product development sourcing strategy and implementation• Act as resident expert in assigned commodities in regional business matters • Keep current with key political and economic developments as they relate to global commodity markets
