Develop and execute processes on; on-boarding, security checking, exit, third party and contractor handling, staffing, employee orientations & development, skill trainings, selection & retention, client support. Providing and controlling payroll data, delivering salary payments. Personnel record keeping and filing. Administer local point contractor GMS (Global Mobility System) for expatriates. Interviewing applicants over the phone from different remote locations. Administer member in Women Network in GE.

Provide consultancy on personnel issues, staffing, performance management, skill trainings and career planning. Prepare HR related reports (both white & blue collar personnel); Headcount, personnel charges, training budget, service and insurance charges. Organize employee orientations, skill trainings. Establish and maintain HR department's effectiveness. Post positions externally, conduct first-level interviews, support HR Manager in selection and retention process, salary reviews and key HR processes. Train sales groups on "Communication techniques in Sales".

Administer and maintain daily HR issues on the site: staffing, on-boarding, employee orientations, security and reference checking, exits, transfers, awards, legal documentation, union relations on site, record keeping and filing of 650 employees. Support Personnel team in providing data for salary payments. Plan and administer training budget, organize trainings with headcounts, prepare yearly training reports and budget estimations. Run monthly reports like headcount, indemnity, and monthly charges. Coordinate expatriate handling with legal documentation and related personnel. Represent HR department in different union organizations.

Provide expert support to Enterprise Information Services Group in operations, daily correspondence, telephone traffic, mailing, filing, and travel activities of 10 co-workers in sales. Participate in organizing an international exhibition.

Provide excellent customer service in Executive Floor for visitors. Manage check-ins and check-outs; collaborate with other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
