Working within the logistics office, my role was to support the planning of production and delivery of finished goods to the customer. I worked to ensure we met the demand needs for Toyota and Jaguar Land Rover by analysing stock levels against forecasted demand. I organised exceptional and standard variable transport. I used information from invoices, to create authorization forms, raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders. This was used to clear VIMS/NRFT(not right first time) where invoices do not have a three way match (supplier, delivery note, on system). Due to the nature of these duties, I collaborate closely with the financial controllers in the plant. My duties include, but are not limited to: stock reports, uploading orders for delivery on SAP, creating files containing customers' forecast and demand, following supplier delivery performance (supplier Misdeliveries per Million) and creating documents which enable the pickers to prepare and track the orders.

Working as part of a small team, the role involved: taking bets from customers, obtaining payments, translating bets, paying customers, maintain shop hygiene levels, ensuring required stock levels, dealing with customer disputes, updating the daily marketing, remove earnings from betting machines, counting the amount of coins, assisting with shop and machine management. I received training to be a Senior Cashier which provided managerial responsibility of the shop on a day-to-day basis. This involved, opening and closing the shop, taking money to the bank, balancing the financial figures throughout the day and finding any discrepancies'.
