Act as a point of contact and problem solver for both internal and external members, while build up a trust relationships with and a good understanding of the needs of both internal stakeholders, such as business line leaders and employees, and external stakeholders, such as government departments, in the human resources management field. It has allowed me to gain insights of stakeholders’ specific expectations and wants in recruitment processes and the formulation of remuneration packages. I am also responsible for providing HR consultation services to staff, handling their direct enquiries that range from employment condition, labour law regulation, to their personal issues. This experience gives me an on-the-ground and “human” perspective on employees’ concerns.
