Grace made a huge impact in helping us to create and improve new processes, constantly reviewed feedback to help redesign existing processes and programmes to help make them more engaging to our colleagues across the globe. Grace is determined and inquisitive and will always go the extra mile to produce nothing but perfection and this was seen by everyone in the business!
