I currently sit within the People & Production Lab. The team exists to support the labs in the Machine Intelligence Programme in delivering change. Whilst working for this team my core responsibilities have included all resourcing responsibilities, internal communications and event planning. I also volunteer with the people plan which is an initiative to improve the staff experience and bring positive change. I have listed below some of my proudest achievements: • Creating business proposals for events, including exploring different venues, catering and speaker options, whilst subject to strict budget and time constraints• Organized whole team offsite for 250-300 people including evening entertainment • Organized Christmas party for circa 200 people• Received excellent feedback from the Programme director for my event planning• Developing Communications plan from scratch including, weekly leadership blog, monthly stand ups and new starter lunches• Most recent colleague survey, these items were called out specifically as valued improvements to our team and Programme.
