Project lead of 11 sub-awards totaling $12 million.Project Design and Management• Contributed to all aspects of the grantmaking lifecycle, including scoping of new geography-sectors, proposal solicitation and selection, due diligence, contract negotiation, post-award implementation management, and close-out of anti-human trafficking projects in target geographies of Asia, East Africa, and South America• Designed grantee projects through a process of co-creation, including activity design, budget development, and creation of theories of change, logical frameworks, and learning agendas• Managed implementation and ensured robust project activity performance monitoring, evaluation, and portfolio coordination across time, budget, and scope, including work plan assessment, financial health monitoring, adaptive management, and program effectiveness analysis.• Contributed to internal monitoring and reporting framework by collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data and information for internal management and accurate reporting back to the Fund’ donors• Conducted field visits with potential grantees and key country stakeholders; perform on-site project monitoring• Supported dissemination of fund-level learning to help grantees optimize impact of their programs• Ensured timely and accurate reporting, as well as compliance with grant requirements and subaward terms and conditions according to donor regulations (e.g. 2 CFR 200).Technical Assistance• Provided technical assistance in the Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) programming sector and served as a key member of the CSE Working Group in the development of the Fund’s CSE strategic structure• Served on the Fund’s Safeguarding Task Force and as a resource on safeguarding issues• Created and co-facilitated the Survivor Leadership & Allyship Committee leading on survivor engagement
