Current(Real Estate Developer $40MM in Assets)• Responsible for Accounting and Treasury activities for 8 legal entities to support operating divisions: renovations, new development, broker agency and property management.• Coordinated $10 million business credit line to support growth plans in renovations projects division from Quanta Finance. And 2.4 MM refinancing loan with Enterprise Bank for rental portfolio.• Prepare, review, approve and implement budgets and periodic tracking.• Financial Statements: P&L, Balance Sheet • Prepare and analyze weekly cash flow reports.• Responsible for periodic financial reporting to Management.• Manage Payroll, AP and AR for all entities.• Manage relationships with banks, hard money lenders, insurance agencies, tax accountant.• Compliance with all business regulations.• Coordinate loan applications with lenders.• Responsible for local, state, and federal tax compliance for all entities, and coordinate preparation and filling of tax returns.• Training and mentoring of the new staff that joins the company accounting team.
