- Manage a team of 3-4 stock specialists and assist BM in performance evaluations- Maintain a stock control system that provides accurate and up-to-date information concerning current stock orders- Analyze Sales Statistics on Stock Ranges with BM to understand best sellers and slow turnover stock, using that information to ensure correct Logistic Transfer- Review stock levels in the warehouse, and based on the production planning model and sales history, ensure they meet specified delivery requirements as well as customer demands- Refer to Control Document: “Stock management” and ensure full compliance with the procedure on a minimum monthly basis

- Managing the ins and outs of the stock of the boutique- Shipping coffee, accessories, and machine returns- Maintaining and checking inventory on all Nespresso products- Accepting and dealing with shipments at least 3 times a week- Ensuring that the stock rotation is following the First In, First Out (FIFO) concept

- Describing Nespresso products to customers and recommend products based on their specific needs- Interacting with Club members to the art of coffee tasting and showcase the full range of products- Selling coffee, machines, and accessories by processing cash and credit transactions- Actively manage the system on a daily basis and permanently update customer records- Assisting with administrative duties: recording returns, input missed/edit punches, cash journal

On the Danforth is a magazine published twice a year by the students of Publishing; Book, Magazine and Electronic at Centennial College.As the Creative Director for the Summer 2020 issue I had to:- Hire the rest of the creative team (Art Director, Photography Director, Advertisement Director, Designers)- Oversee the creative, visual development of the magazine- Ensure that the execution of overall layout and design is both effective as a reflection of the content and technically accurate in regard to the successful production of the physical issue- Lead a design team and delegating specific design tasks in accordance with the skills, strengths, and interests of your team members- Initiate and then maintain the visual theme of the issue you are releasing- Keep the project on theme and on brand will help to provide direction and keep tasks on target
