For 6 years, I served as a Senior Advisor at TPG Global, where I led strategy, operations, human capital, and technology initiatives during a period of rapid growth, including the firm’s IPO and strategic acquisitions that have more than doubled its AUM to $221B.In addition to my work in PE, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Parasol Music, an artist-led music label and creative sync agency. Parasol Music is committed to connecting music and visual media by creating impactful, authentic content for film, TV, gaming, and more. As a music artist and producer myself, I am passionate about being a force for good in the entertainment industry. Parasol Music is part of PARASOL, a broader creator network and consulting firm I founded in 2022, which curates transformative events blending art, music, and mindfulness and consults in the private and non-profit sectors.My earlier career saw me holding multiple executive positions at Wolters Kluwer, a global software and information services company ($5B revenues, 19,000 employees). During a time of significant transformation, I led corporate strategy, product development, GTM efforts at both the enterprise and BU levels and served as a VP/GM and product leader in the Tax & Accounting division, launching market-leading and award-winning products and platforms. I later returned in an interim role, spearheading the company’s IT transformation and consolidation efforts on a global scale.My path has been eclectic—starting with a strong desire to make a positive social impact through my work in nonprofits, think tanks, and international development, which eventually led me to a corporate career, and finally, to embracing my creative side as a music artist and starting my own business venture in this space.
