Responsible for the coordination and development of the Local Training Initiative and maintenance of efficient and effective administrative and financial systems to ensure the smooth running of the LTI. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of modules leading to the QQI major award in Office Administration and Contact Centre Skills.Build the capacity of participants to achieve their potential within the QQI Level 5 training programme and to support participant’s progression into further training/education, paid employment or enterprise development. Responsible for the completion of all paperwork relevant to the WWETB training standards system (TSS) in relation to the LTI.Support and supervise the Assistant Co-ordinator and Tutors.

Assistant co-ordinator and IT tutor on a FAS funded local training initiative. This is a FETAC accredited training programme for people with varying disabilities. I am currently delivering the following modules: Spreadsheet Methods - FETAC Level 5 Database Methods - FETAC Level 5 Contact Centre Skills - FETAC Level 5

Delivered ECDL Syllabus 4 to adults of varying ages and abilities.Provided additional support to students where needed.Planed, organised and prioritised tasks to ensure strict deadlines were met. Responsible for scheduling of student exams.

Developed interactive training materials and delivered training to new employees. Responsibility for the research, design and delivery of career development programmes to new and existing employees. These programmes included Training Skills for Non Trainers, Coaching and Feedback, Presentation Skills and Listening & Communication Skills.Project Lead for the development of an on-line training library to be used on a site-wide basis.Required to travel to other Sun Life Service Centre offices (India) to deliver training interventions.Required to continuously up-skill on numerous processing packages (Mainframe & Transcend) used within the company for training purposes.Planed, organised and prioritised tasks so that agreed goals and objectives were achieved on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
