• Launched and developed content strategy for branded blog and 20th anniversary microsite. This required overseeing site development, managing a web design agency and social media agency, writing and editing articles, crafting social media posts and tracking content metrics.• Led PR activities to grow media coverage. This involved writing press releases, news monitoring and dissemination, preparing spokesperson responses, organising media events and updating key corporate publicity materials.

• Created digital content marketing assets for clients such as the Economic Development Board, JLL, Expedia, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Lenovo and Singtel. Formats include thought leadership articles, infographics, slideshows, videos, social media posts, website copy, EDMs and advertorials.• Managed clients’ internal stakeholders and external partners globally to get buy-in on ideas and sign-off on final content.• Briefed and supervised writers, designers and video production houses. • Edited content for newsworthiness and language to ensure appropriateness for clients’ brand, tone of voice and target audience.• Obtained Google Analytics certification, published SEO-friendly content through CMS and measured performance to achieve growth in awareness, engagement and conversion.• Scaled up the Singapore office as one of the pioneering employees by collaborating with the headquarters to implement processes, develop pitch proposals and hire and train new team members.

• Managed a team of 8 (editors, designers and reporters across Asia) to produce travel B2B content for TTG Asia, ttgasia.com and TTG India. • Revamped 40-year-old travel trade newspaper TTG Asia to reposition it as a features-led publication and complement online news site, ttgasia.com.• Launched the TTG Asia app to engage readers through a new platform.

• Commissioned, edited and wrote business news stories, Editor’s Note opinion pieces and interview columns with the C-suite for TTG Asia.• Led teams overseas for live reporting and publishing of tradeshow dailies at least once every quarter.

• Edited articles for ttgasia.com, which included being responsible for its daily newsletter. • Reported for all publications including TTGmice and TTG Asia Luxury.

• Edited custom title SilverKris, the travel magazine of Singapore Airlines. • Edited in-house lifestyle titles including Shape and Men’s Health.

Reported on local news, with several of them being front-page stories.

Reported on local news and wrote award-winning news features published in the Saturday Special Report section of The Straits Times.
