I manage and monitor all administrative activities for multisport games operations within the Olympic movement in Jamaica. I am the point of contact for the International Games Committee to prepare all documents and arrangements required to facilitate the participation of Team Jamiaca at the Games.In my role as an Administration Officer I manage the social media pages while creating content that aligns with the goals of the JOA and assist with the planning and coordination of events.

I was tasked with improving affiliates' business capacity. I developed Strategic Management and Marketing plans to assist with the development for several sporting federations. I managed and develop content for the Jamaica Olympic Association social media pages.

I was responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the annual staging of Miss Utech, Ja 2020.

I managed inbound and outbound calls addressed customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. I offered detailed information about products and services while identifying solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

I was responsible for planning and executing all entertainment and cultural activities for the residents at the Amy Jacques hall of residence. These events included pageants, fund raisers and socials. These events assisted with the growth, development of the residents residing on the hall.
