As a Project Lead, I must ensure that every project is executed in an efficient and seamless manner to fulfill the deliverables' deadlines, budget, and quality standards. I also maintain and develop the brand's project timeline, run through the briefs from the Account Management team, and conduct and involve in internal meetings or discussions related to execution.I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from President University, where I was awarded a 70% scholarship and the Best Project honor for my academic performance and extracurricular activities. I have also completed the Intro to Digital Marketing certification course from RevoU, where I learned the fundamentals of digital marketing strategies, tools, and channels. I have a strong interest in digital marketing, human rights issues, and public speaking, and I have demonstrated these skills and passions through my previous internships, community roles, and volunteer work at various organizations, such as BERT's, IDN Media, LingoTalk, Girl Up Medan, and FPCI Chapter President University.
