Kwe/hello! 👋🏽 I am a proudly-Indigenous (Mohawk/Kanien’kehá:ka) second-year (U2) undergraduate student graduating in 2027 studying Software Engineering Co-op at McGill University. 💻As a 2023 Loran Scholar, community involvement and a commitment to service and leadership are very important to me, which can be reflected through my involvement in several different organizations on and off campus. Some of these include POWE (promoting opportunities for women in engineering) and Hack4Impact McGill. I have extensive experience working in teams and leadership; before university I created the John Abbott College Indigenous Club and was an executive of the Student Union of John Abbott College.I enjoy learning through experience, taking on challenges, and broadening my worldview by engaging with others who have diverse backgrounds.I am enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and areas such as AI, product management, and sustainability. My interest in these areas has been shaped by my experiences as a QA intern at Autodesk, Computer Science research, community engagement, and my programming/engineering courses up to this point.Let’s talk! 😊
