I am a Masters student at the University of Cincinnati in the Masters of Applied Psychology program, I am currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I am deeply interested in environmental effects on human behavior and social dynamics. Through my coursework and extracurricular activities, I have fostered the skills needed to create an environment that is based on support and empathy. Alongside my academic pursuits I have refined my organizational skills, managing responsibilities both in and out of the academic field. I am passionate about organizational structures and human behavior in a professional environment. I am excited to embark on a career path that allows me to apply my knowledge of human behavior and organizational abilities to drive a positive change in a professional context.
