I am the Operations Manager for a single family office in Basalt, Co. I am responsible for the overall function of the office including project management, office administrative functions, bookkeeping, and varying support for the executives. I also provides oversight for off-site private support staff and am generally the primary contact to address the needs of the office constituents. Previously, I was employed as a Contract Administrator for the Colorado River Water Conservation District. I worked for Klein Cote Edwards Citron law firm as a legal assistant, providing support to real estate and litigation attorneys. In Bozeman, MT, I was working as an accounting assistant for NW Construction as well as a transaction coordinator for Montana Good Life Properties. The first several years of my career were in Denver where I worked for Noble Energy and Anadarko Petroleum. At Anadarko I was responsible for researching title on over 300 leases in a 6 month period. I also developed title research guidelines and conducted training sessions on calculations and research. I spent time reviewing wells for production and interpreting lease provisions. I worked for Noble Energy Inc. for a little over five years in the Lease and Contracts Department for US Onshore. I worked in the land payments group, gas marketing department and Lease and Contracts. My position allowed me to work with different departments within the company while providing support mainly to the Wattenberg Land Team. Prior to working at Noble, I studied Accounting at the University of Denver and worked in the National Park Service WASO Contracting Office in Lakewood, CO. I maintained a student position for 3 years during school, working on contract modifications and processing payments for the associated contracts and groups within the Contracting Office. In all of my positions, I have been responsible for training new members of my team. My background in accounting as well as contracting has provided me with excellent problem solving skills and I am able to pay close attention to detail when working on complicated projects.
