- Led community engagement and social impact relationships and strategy for the Pacific Northwest and Nevada, resulting in the passage of first-of-its-kind legislation guaranteeing driver independence and historic benefits and worker protections - Developed and led Lyft's Racial Justice Alliance, a board of community leaders who select quarterly grant recipients, awarding over $200,000 to local nonprofit organizations that are addressing the impacts of systemic racism- Supported and led public engagement staff trainings- Developed policy messaging and assets including one pagers, website content, driver emails, and training materials- Managed memberships and relationships with over 50+ stakeholders
