I am a people person through and through. My time in school taught me an immeasurable amount, but the most important lesson I learned was that everyone deserves to be treated with compassion. Though my pathway may be a bit unconventional—earning a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics and then transitioning into the corporate world—I have witnessed the profound impact that being a 'people person' can have on relationships and work efficiency. Whether I'm working with patients or customers, empathy makes all the difference.As part of the Knoxville Fellows program, I dove deep into what it means to be equipped as a well-rounded young professional who seeks the peace of the city of Knoxville by building lasting relationships in the workplace and beyond.Now, having recently obtained my M.A. in Ethics and Leadership, I am eager to deepen my understanding of leadership within urban communities. Guided by my unwavering values and ambitious goals, I am excited to inspire positive change and create a lasting impact!
