In my role as the Assistant Account Manager, I’m involved with client-focused tasks and internal projects. My primary responsibility is to support account managers with their needs, particularly in servicing our clients' accounts. I actively assist in implementing any necessary changes and provide guidance to clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed in the evolving insurance market.Beyond client interactions, I am involved in various projects aimed at maintaining operational efficiency. I helped Mizzou Athletics by actively contributing to the implementation of marketing promotions. My responsibilities involved coordinating and recruiting participants for promotions across all sporting events. I was also involved in organizing giveaways at the start of sporting events.Additionally, I played a hands-on role in marketing athletic events on campus. This included driving the football helmet golf cart, distributing promotional t-shirts and schedules, and engaging with the campus community. I also collaborated with sports teams on campus to promote their respective events.During the week, I went to the office to assist with game-day preparations. I assisted in placing rally towels on seats, inflating over 2,000 balloons for basketball games, making sure the stadiums were filled with respective sporting posters, and any last-minute finalizations needed for the week.

As the Executive Assistant Intern at Division-D, I had the privilege of reporting directly to the CEO. One of my key responsibilities involved staying updated on new marketing trends in the digital advertising world. I conducted research on emerging movements within the industry and regularly presented my findings to the CEO, ensuring the company remained well-informed and adaptive to the evolving trends.In addition to monitoring marketing trends, I also conducted research on economic trends, providing the CEO with valuable insights that could impact the company. Beyond research, I took an active role in organizing various company events, ranging from special holidays and food truck days to employee appreciation initiatives and outings. I also extended support to other departments by assisting with activities as needed.

With my role with the O'Fallon Hoots, I took charge of executing and selecting fans to participate in promotions during baseball games. I brainstormed creative elements for theme nights to attract diverse fan demographics. My involvement extended to contributing to post-game cleanup, ticket sales, and providing customer service for the Hoots, contributing to a positive overall fan experience.I also had the opportunity to assist special guests performing between innings, adding an extra layer of entertainment and engagement to the baseball experience. Overall, my multifaceted role with the O'Fallon Hoots involved both operational and creative contributions to the success of the team's events and fan interactions.
