Assisted with admission events such as preview days, admitted student’s day, scholar’s weekend, and overnight visits. Mingled with prospective/admitted students and their families while discussing my experience at Emory. Awarded tour guide of the month in September 2018.

Designed graphics and advertisement copies for each class as well as researched other marketing opportunities. Identified trends in the market for new class ideas.

Lead a team of seven students in planning four major events for the student body through the Student Activities Committee as well as aided in the creation of other events for the organization with the other 29 members. Orchestrated the set-up, event operations, and clean up for each event headed. Facilitated the brainstorming of ideas to establish clear visions for events. Managed the budget for each event which was from $1,000 to $3,000 per event. Executive Board Member: Collectively managed an $80,000 yearly budget to fund the Student Activities Committee’s different events through creating budget sheets and communicating with other members to ensure productive teamwork. Designed promotional items, giveaways, flyers, and promotional videos using iMovie with a cross-functional team.Assisted with the organization, setup, cleanup and advertising for the Spring Concert at Emory which featured the band AJR.

Assisted the admission center in overseeing all of the tour guides at Oxford College with the daily visit schedule and campus tours. Aided with interviewing and hiring the new tour guides for the 2019-2020 academic year. Served as the person of contact for private group tours and high school visits to campus. Acts as Manager of training day for all new and returning tour guides, including writing the training manual for all the tour guides, planning the training day schedule, and leading the future tour guides on training day. Assisted with biweekly meetings and continued training efforts for the tour guides. Organized bonding events and group outings.

Planned and led the weekly fellowship meetings that consisted of Bible study and event organization. Organized service events and fundraisers such as a corn hole tournament for Breast Cancer Awareness month and a Last Supper event for Easter. Managed and assisted in leading an entirely student-run worship service at a local church.
