Principal Responsibilities • Liaising with the Head of Marketing on the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers • Assist the Marketing and PR Manager in developing and monitoring the implementation of marketing and PR strategies and evaluate their impact on organizational objectives and take corrective action where necessary. • Develop and implement the Building Society’s advertising, media and promotional strategies.• Developing and coordinating customer service and retention strategies for the Society and ensuring that customer’ expectations are exceeded at all times. Developing and coordinating internal customer relationship strategies • Assisting the Marketing and PR Manger in creating and managing marketing and public relations budgets in line with business objectives. • Conduct efficient, effective marketing research in assigned areas • Compiling corporate and product specific marketing collateral, which include pens, key rings, golf and T-shirts, calendars, product and services brochures, product flyers and posters • Analyze competitor activities and market trends and make recommendations to management. • Interface with advertising agencies and public relations consultancy firm. • Develop and establish the Group’s overall brand strategy • Formulate and successfully implement the Group’s product, market and promotional plans to give the greatest market impact • Development of communication collateral for the Group and its subsidiaries • Design and execute the Group’s corporate social investment projects in line with corporate governance guidelines • Preparation of the annual marketing and public relations budget, providing realistic forecasts within the overall divisional plan.
