My tasks:- project management: project planning, creating a schedule, writing out functionalities, creating a backlog;- contact with the client: establishing and refining the backlog, satisfying client needs, proposing new solutions, nurturing good relations;- team management: running 1to1’s, setting SMART goals, mentoring, setting career paths, managing vacations and schedules, organizing integration events;- Scrum management: conducting Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review & Retrospective);- aiding in technical problems in projects;- conducting recruitment interviews;- providing and configuring all the necessary tools and meeting the needs of employees.
