About Robert Delgado

Responsible for Global Strategy in our Industrial segment, where we develop and execute commercial, product development, and customer experience strategies for the eMobility, automotive and electronics markets. With over 20 years of experience in business development, sales management, and marketing, I have a strong background in managing key accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation and growth.My mission is to support Graco's position as the leader in dispense application and process development for the eMobility and electronics space. I direct global commercial and technical resources to strengthen the experience that our customers have when working with Graco. I also direct strategic initiatives through engineering, product management, marketing operations, and sales operations.
