Order Management, License Management of PLM Product (Dassault systems, ANSA). To process the order and issue license to the customers like, MBRDI, Tech Mahindra, RNTBC,Etc., Processing license, consulting and renewal orders, generating quotes and data remediation efforts. Work closely with the Sales team to calculate the margin and pricing approval of the License and each Project. Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Maintaining records regarding payments and account receivables. Weekly meeting with CEO to discuss on Financial status of the Company.

 Processing license, consulting and renewal orders, generating quotes and data remediation efforts. Works as a part of the Corporate Operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions as per the defined process guidelines. Adheres to all compliance guidelines and supports internal and external audits Participate in projects which include Quality, Data migration and organizational initiatives. Work closely with the cross functional team and other business partners who are involved in putting together the deals for the sales team/customer. Provide suggestions and ideas that enhance processes, partner experience, and simplicity of operation. Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during quarter end. Responsible for purchase order reconciliation to customer quote/order, contract terms, and non-standard approvals. Interacts with upstream and downstream processes and the IT team to resolve order/customer related issues. Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail.
