Along with a cadre of exceptional professionals he has spearheaded many successful change and development initiatives.In addition to consulting, he has owned and led several successful ventures into film, broadcasting, and fashion. As a result, he intimately understands both the strategic and operational challenges that go along with bottom line accountability. Among other roles he served on the Board of Directors and as Senior Program Designer in a highly successful Training & Development company which offered innovative custom-designed action-learning programs to numerous Fortune 500 companies. This included designing and overseeing an outdoor experiential learning program at the Shell Oil Corporate Learning Center. For over 20 years he was an adjunct professor at the University of Houston and the University of Saint Thomas. Among teaching courses in Economics, Leadership and Management, he taught the capstone business course for graduating business majors, Seminar in Management.His special area of consulting interest lies in working with leaders and organizations facing tough complex challenges that require thoughtful in-depth analysis, commitment to action, and practical solutions.
