Communication includes but is not limited to weekly status updates with clients to VP reviews within the Hyland organization. I utilize a wide variety of reporting tools including project dashboards, project portfolios and power point presentations. Accountable for budget management, change control and all variations to the Statements of Work, Project Charter, and all other project governance artifacts. Aggressively attack problems that introduce risk to projects. Mitigate risks by devising solutions which leverage resources and manage scope collaboratively. Technology executive serving as the liaison between the corporate IT organization and key IT vendors. Lead a team of IT Vendor Management consultants in key activities of software asset management, software compliancy and vendor performance management. Manage an annual budget of $13MM to maintain enterprise software and depreciation for (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, HP, IBM, etc.) and maintain the governance process for the enterprise.

Start-up entrepreneurial venture, begun to leverage the ‘high-tech, high-touch’ aspect of travel for emerging affluent and corporate travel markets.

Served as the technology executive responsible for managing the IT requirements of the Retail and Corporate Support units (HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Audit, etc.). Managed a $9MM discretionary budget and served as the single point of contact for all strategic initiatives, project development and maintenance related items. Performed C-level updates and portfolio management briefs on a variety of key projects, including a Peoplesoft upgrade and Oracle financial conversion.

Leveraged hands on manufacturing experience on numerous global engagements to deliver engineering process improvement, operational excellence, and produce improved cost structures within Fortune 500 companies. Areas of expertise were displayed in overhead cost reduction, joint process improvement, manufacturing redesign, and organizational re-alignment.

Performed a variety of due diligence activities for potential acquisitions of the automotive group by studying the financial viability of targets, their product competitiveness and fit within the existing TRW landscape. Utilized my then current MBA coursework with a variety of industry periodicals and intellectual capital to build frameworks to conduct the analysis and delivered recommendations to management.

Managed first shift operations in one of the company’s largest distribution, production and warehouse facilities. Managed five high speed production lines in a union environment to produce record amounts of soft drink, in a variety of packages, with fluctuating seasonal demands. Matriculated through the Pepsi Cola management trainee program and received certification in the areas of manufacturing, quality control, plant maintenance, and warehousing.
