Grady Cope’s career experience began working offshore for Halliburton Services as a diesel mechanic which started him on the path to becoming an engineer working for the Gates Corporation and his introduction to manufacturing. He founded Reata Engineering & Machine Works, Inc. in 1993. Reata provides advanced manufacturing CNC machining, assembly, and engineering services to the medical, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.
