About Grady Mcgahan

I have 14 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting green programs that empower communities to improve their environment and quality of life. As the Senior Director of Green Strategies & Community Development at Keep America Beautiful®, I work with a national network of over 700 affiliates, providing them with resources, guidance, and best practices to achieve our shared goals of cleaning and greening neighborhoods across the country.My core competencies include strategizing, fundraising, team building, grassroots development, public speaking, project management, and event production. I have a passion for creating positive social and environmental impact through innovative and collaborative solutions and have successfully led and contributed to numerous initiatives across the nation. I also have served as a board member and commissioner for multiple city and state agencies, including Trinity River Audubon Center, City of Dallas Park and Recreation Board , City of Dallas Office of Arts & Culture, and Texas Urban Forestry Council.This skillset is based on the foundation of my previous work producing film festivals and other large-scale events in and around NYC, as well documentary films and television shows.
