As the Head of Video Production for Maple Ridge Community Church, I am responsible for all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, design, and distributing content for the church's online services. My primary duty is to film the weekly services, which involves setting up cameras, capturing footage, and ensuring high-quality audio using a variety of cameras and equipment, while collaborating with the rest of the service technical team.I work closely with the church management team to ensure that the video content aligns with the church's vision and mission. As the Head of Video Production, I ensure that all videos are produced and published in a timely manner, often working under tight deadlines to have the final product online by the next day. Additionally, I have trained and supervised volunteers to help with video production as needed. Over the course of my tenure, I have produced over 150 videos for the church. Overall, my skills and creativity play a critical role in helping the church communicate its message and engage with its community through impactful video content.
