Similar to my role at the Fitzwilliam Arms, I manage a small team at this restaurant, making sure I keep the team motivated, and with a task to complete, as we often serve 100 guests in a busy environment. Handling all aspects of money and cashing up. Maintaining high staff morale makes sure that we complete the processes efficiently, as it is vital that time is not wasted.

I ran sessions for students from a wide range of age groups (4 – 18 years), communicating various skills and techniques in a professional manner to a wide range of abilities. This role developed my interpersonal skills, as not only did I teach the sessions verbally, I also communicated via email with other staff members and parents.
