• Worked with private and municipal clients on a variety of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. • Procured and sustained new clients, developed scopes of work on new projects, negotiated contracts, completed detailed design, produced construction documents, and provided bidding and construction services. • Served as Client Relations Manager and Project Manager over 1.5 years, successfully overseeing projects with total budgets in excess of $100,000.• Completed two engineering studies for the City of McCall, evaluating: • WTP expansion - future demand requirements, existing site constraints, filter backash recycle capabilities, disinfection CT expansion, and PER production. • New water storage tank - future water storage requirements, potential tank sites, tank construction alternatives, land acquisition, and PER production.• Conducted two engineering studies for private clients with new developments in Hailey, Idaho utilizing the City's hydraulic model to evaluate potential impacts on the existing water system, including fire flow availability.• Completed two detailed design projects at Tamarack Resort. The first project included over 3,000 ft of new distribution piping and a PRV station. The second project included a new lift station and force main.

As Project Engineer, I worked with private, municipal, and federal clients on a variety of potable water infrastructure and water resource projects. I enjoyed working directly with my clients to secure funding for projects, evaluate engineering alternatives, produce construction documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates, lead public outreach efforts, and provide construction engineering services. Engineering achievements:• Designed a new potable water treatment and distribution system for Mores Creek Rim Ranches Subdivision from preliminary engineering through detailed design and construction. The new system includes a new surface water infiltration gallery, pump station, treatment building with filtration and chemical feed systems, and complete distribution system replacement.• Conducted a Water Resource Study for the NASA's Western Water Applications Office of water management stakeholders throughout the Columbia River Basin, identifying how remote sensing technology and data is used to support regional water management decisions and identifying areas for potential NASA partnerships.• Secured the City of McCall $32,446 in Energy Efficiency Incentives from Idaho Power as part of the design and installation of variable frequency drive controllers at one of their water pump stations.

As Project Engineer, I worked independently and in a design team environment to create detailed designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for municipal and federal clients.
