Overall management of IT infrastructure within AESM (Europe \ Canada) covering 8 sites. Including planning, monitoring, development, and maintenance of appropriate systems and software to meet the Company’s business requirements, within appropriate budgetary and other management constraints. Manage and advise other IT Europe staff members.

• Operational responsibility for the EUR IT infrastructure.• Management of the daily operations including the help-desk function, communications and data security.• Management of technical accounts and contracts, renegotiation where necessary to ensure cost effectiveness of services. • Provide insight and guidance on technical architecture in line with business requirements.• Forecasting, budgeting and accountability for the operating cost for the UK infrastructure. • Providing documentation for systems and processes.• Troubleshooting on all systems where necessary, contributing to the smooth running of all the IT functions within the organization.• Deploying and configure Microsoft Windows Server environment, Including configuration of server hardware.• Working in very high pressure/fast paced environment, maintaining a high Level of service in house and remotely with high attention to detail.
