Visual Merchandising Manager for one of the United kingdoms largest Primark stores at 114,800 Square foot of selling space.I am responsible for the daily running of a direct team of six visual merchandisers and for the overall visual proposition of the store. I create and develop all of the stores visual merchandising projections to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction while also increasing a positive shopping experience. This contains, but is not limited to, the window projection, store layout and merchandising projection as well as key high street trend implementation.I also work closely with the regional team and oversee a group of eleven stores in the Northeast & Humberside ensuring that they have equally strong projections and immediate support.I have been directly involved with several store openings as well as launching the 'Home Expansion' store which started in Merry Hill, Birmingham.

Restructured visual team to meet the demands of the companies KPIs while injecting a high morale and energetic environment.Won companies ‘Most improved store’ award and cities best looking department store award.Seconded as ‘project manager’ in opening of new Debenhams Beverley store which included installation of all shop fits, equipment & contractor communication.
