I worked with a team of four UNH mechanical engineering students on a project delegated by GE Aviation involving the implementation of a defect detection process for blisk manufacturing. The goal of this project was to reduce the time invested in the blisk inspection process by using an automated, robotic assisted, visual detection device.

I worked in the GP100 Double Action revolver manufacturing super cell mainly updating and creating new code for the CNC mills. This was done using Camworks and Predator software. During my time at Ruger I helped save the company $20,000 annually in tool cost. In addition, I updated fixture drawings and tool sheets.I learned how to set tools, set zero.
