Customer-facing roles have been a constant feature of my professional career. I started in general hotel management roles which culminated in me fulfilling key senior management roles with a focus on service delivery and guest fulfillment.I have also variously, both whilst working in the hospitality industry and alternately, established my own business or been Operations Director and Managing Director of other businesses that required a critical focus on service delivery within the public and private sectors.My key strength is that I have an intimate knowledge of all the moving parts within an organisation, how those may impact customer service and service delivery, and how to always keep the customer at the center of all that I do to ensure customer satisfaction, and growth and retention of key accounts.
