* Management of WS staff* Carry out M&E audit and report findings.* Budget analysis* Prepare and deliver monthly management information report.* Liaise with landlord and other tenants on building issues.* Ensure compliance with ISO14001, 18001, 27001 and 22301.* Health and Safety compliance * Deal with any issues highlighted by the WS team.* Developing and maintaining working relationships with broad range of contractors, staff and other tenants.* Undertake and review risk assessments and carry out workplace inspections.* Maintain an effective customer service to all staff.* Working with project management team on floor moves and building moves.* Using SAP to approve all purchase orders raised by the team.* Working with environmental team to reduce carbon foot print.* Monitoring utilisation and producing reports to present to management.

* Assist the regional FM to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Glasgow office of circa 64,000 sq ft.* Manage the schedule of works for completion by the contractors in the regional office including M&E ensuring timely and accurate completion of the PPM schedule.* Attend monthly KPI meeting with M&E contractor.* Carry out daily building inspection, checking plant maintenance, cleaning and general upkeep.* Ensure weekly fire alarm test is carried out and logged correctly.* Control budget and review expenditure with regional FM reporting on cost savings and any variance.* Assist regional FM and compliance manager with project work.* First point of contact nationally for some contractors including Royal Mail, Ikon, Pitney Bowes and Commercial. * Operation of the BMS (trend) and LMS systems.* Supervision of local security, catering and cleaning contractors.* Line manager for the local facilities team.* Review and revise all operational procedures within the office.* Monitor stock levels* Developing and maintaining working relationships.
