As a Trainee Chartered Accountant who joined Saffery LLP straight after school, I have taken a unique path to my career. Rather than pursuing a degree at university, I decided to start my journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant immediately after completing my A-Levels. I am currently studying towards my Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. I was drawn to the field because of the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in various industries as well as the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in accounting, auditing and financial reporting so early in my career.
