Graeme Croft is Founder now retired director of Signature Care Pty Ltd formerly known as ICL Operations One Pty Ltd. He has enjoyed over 38 years as a self starter, entrepreneur ,owner operator of various aged care facilities throughout Melbourne starting with a single 15 bed aged care facility in 1984 through former companies of Croft Health Care Pty Ltd is also the founding Director of Croft Developments Pty Ltd, and Innovative Care Pty Ltd. Graeme formerly led the strategic direction, of new developments high level input day to management of the Croft Group of companies. Currently he assists with new site acquisitions. Graeme has been highly successful in gaining the support of both State and Federal Governments in the establishment of many new aged care facilities with over 38 completed new developments totalling over 3600 beds. All of these operations have been sold to other high profile operators including over 2001 beds to International company BUPA, with over 860 places won as Allocated Places, designed and constructed and commisioned and since sold to BUPA in the period March 2014 to June 2016.Signature Care contracted with Royal Freemasons Homes to build a further 860 aged care places in Victoria, commission, full FFE, and bring them into an operational status under our Approved Provider. Similarly, Signature contracted with Moelis Ltd for 3 new facilities in Cairns, Qld, totalling 468 places completed by June 2019.Signature Care was sold on August 1 2024 to “For Purpose Investment Partners” in a transaction of 2200 aged care beds including operational places and new aged care beds under development with completion over 2005/2006.The Croft Group has significant cash reserves to internally fund its development pipeline with an annual construction budget of more than $A120m
