With previous experience across various sectors including BlueScope, Hills Industries and Team Poly (Plastic Tank Manufacturer) I have a passion for Account Management, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing.A career achievement was during my time at Hills Industries, when Hills Solar was formed in April they bought the manufacturing licence from Endless Solar, this was to distribute the evacuated tube solar hot water system. There were no processes or procedures in place for the business unit (Hills Solar). My role was to start the business and implement all new processes for logistics, warranty, assessment and criteria for distributors. Then also expand the distributor network.As an excellent communicator, I am able to interact effectively at all levels, including internal and external stakeholders. I possess a positive and confident attitude while also being self-driven and I enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.With strong adaptability skills, I thrive in an ever-changing work environment. I enjoy challenges in the workplace and overcome issues with clear-thinking & my problem-solving abilities.I'm articulate and engaging with a confident attitude, possessing a well-developed all-round marketing and business minded skill set, with a passion for driving innovative ideas and proven leadership abilities.
