Executive Secretary of Enactus GCU society - I was responsible for organising and recording meetings, outward communication, all administration and assisted on the strategic direction of the society. Project Leader of Caledonian Business Solutions - CBS is the Enactus GCU consultancy project. As Project leader, I led a team of eight student consultants in the development and implementation of business solutions. Our customers are charities in the greater Glasgow area that we provided strategy, sales and marketing solutions completely free of charge. I developed this venture from an idea to a fully functioning project.

Within this position, I acted as an intermediary between lecturing staff and my fellow colleagues. Instead of only feeding back issues, I tried to develop potential solutions to solve problems and add value.

As a member of the student association board, I took part in regular meetings and contribute ideas to how we could help to increase the positive experience of students throughout the college. In the role of student support officer, I served the college by acting as a source of contact for students in need of support whether educational or personal. I was also responsible for giving students advice and representation during the disciplinary process.

I gained a lot of experience within this position where I would be responsible for feeding information between students and staff. I would attend business and management department meetings where I aimed to contribute to the process by researching and then suggesting possible adjustments to the student experience.
