My responsibilities include;• Deliver and manage cost and profit and loss reporting together with KPI performance of Asset Finance investment projects.• Provide insight and analysis of project performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis.• Ensure Group Finance accounting standards are adhered to in terms of accruals, attestations and financial control.• Provide a Finance consultancy service to aid the development and approval of business cases across the change portfolio. Highlighting variances from the operating plan and recommending improvements.• Maintain the integrity of the approved investment 5 year operating plan ensuring that there is one version of the truth in use throughout Consumer Finance.• Ensure that all reporting and insight produced by team members and supplied by other finance units meets the needs of the stakeholder groups.• Co-ordinate the planning, budgeting and forecasting process for strategic projects, influencing and informing stakeholders of project financial performance and variances from agreed budgets.• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other finance units and change stakeholders, providing input to Group discussions and decisions and identifying / implementing initiatives to enhance business performance.
